Luke Steen, is an engergetic and passionate communicator and pastor who serves as the Chaplain for Loma Linda Academy. Whether he's connecting with neighbors or engaging the wider community, Luke's heart is for people to know how deeply God loves them and to experience the transforming power of that love. Alongside his wife, Carissa, and their two daughters, Luke has witnessed God work in powerful ways among people from every walk of life...and he's excited to share what he's learned with you!

This ministry area focuses on helping new believers and seekers come to know Jesus personally. Through foundational Bible studies, new member classes, and intentional mentoring, participants explore who Jesus is, what it means to be saved by grace, and how to begin a life of faith. This is where curiosity becomes commitment.
Grow
For those who have already said "yes" to Jesus, this ministry cultivates spiritual maturity. Whether you're a new believer or a seasoned Christian, Grow offers opportunities for deeper Bible engagement, prayer practices, small groups, and life application of God’s Word. It’s about being rooted in Christ and growing in character, community, and calling.
Go
Living the Mission. The final phase is outward-facing—equipping disciples to share their faith and serve the world. This includes training and sending people into outreach ministries such as local service projects, missions, evangelism, and community care. "Go" empowers believers to live out their faith through action, both within and beyond the church walls.
